Chocolate brownies

Ingredients:
200gm butter
250gm refined sugar
* for those who does not like it to be too sweet,
180gm refined sugar is enough and tasted good*
200gm cooking chocolate
180gm flour
4 table spoons of chocolate powder
1 tea spoon of baking powder
1 table spoon of caramel
1 tea spoon of vanilla essence
3 eggs

tools needed


1. melt the cooking chocolate, butter, refined sugar and caramel with low heat and stir.
remove it and cool it down.
2. Put the eggs and vanilla essence in the cooled chocolate mixture
3. flour, chocolate powder and baking powder sifted with the mixture. stir thoroughly.

 
4. pour the mixture into the brass.


5. heat it up in the oven for 30 minutes at temperature of 180 Celcius
till the top of the brownies becomes crunchy                                  
6. cool it down before you cut it
